Moreover, he is a lovely man who communicates his wisdom, kindness, and expertise, even though English is not his first language. I would not hesitate to recommend him.

I have been attending Isa’s Pilates sessions weekly for about three months. He is an excellent instructor. Everyone receives personal attention to assess which areas need work and which areas need rest. He then creates a series of exercises tailored to each person’s needs and demonstrates how to perform them. The studio is really clean and comfortable. I always feel great after the class, and it sets me up perfectly for the day ahead.
